She walked me through the entire intake process, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I had everything I needed for my upcoming appointments. She also helped me explore and access additional health services and resources that I didn’t even know were available — which has been a real game-changer, especially as someone without insurance right now. Been going to western Wayne for bout 7 years. I went this time for dental work. Doctor Mr. Steenbergh was my appointed dentist Doctor. I have to say. Mr. Steenbergh is very nice perfessional dentist. He took care of me promptly. I was scared no doubt bout it. I sat back and let him and his nurse assistant do there job. I appreciate all there hard work. And them being very nice from start to finish. I definitely didn’t have the best teeth in world. They were super friendly, polite, courteous, And understanding no judgement toward me or my teeth. They made me feel welcome from my 1 st visit to my last. I am really happy I got such wonderful dentist and nurse assistant to take care of me! Thank you both so much. I would recommend Mr. Steenbergh to anyone who wants to be good hands. Or who wants to have a perfect smile. I haven’t smiled in 28 years. But soon my first smile will be with the best dentist and nurse assistant. Anyone can ask for!!

The staff are amazing doctor Ivey to her assistant Maria George to presentation specialist Lache moore The place is amazing. The staff is amazing is the best doctor Office I have seen in the last 53 years. Proven fact they are nice kind people I would never go anywhere else If you ever think of us seeing a doctor Western Way is the place to be Thank you

Dr Lythem has been awesome to us. She has gotten all my checks done for me, given good advise on things as well. She has been helping hubby (Walter Loubser) a lot as well, she was spot on with his diagnosis which we could not solve the last 5years if not longer, so I am so happy about that especially. She really listens to one and does not try and rush things, she takes the time to really listen to what is wrong and help you. Very happy and pleased with her service 😀.
